How redeem a code?

If you want to redeem a code, please follow this instruction:

1. Log in to the platform: https://www.theabyss.com/ 

2. Open the sidebar

3. In the sidebar select the option REDEEM A CODE

4. Enter the promo code in the section REDEEM A CODE

5. If the promo code is entered correctly you will receive a message that the promo code is activated

6. If you get message with mistake, please do next:

• check that the code you enter is correct;
• check that the code has not been entered before;
• contact customer support using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. We'll solve your problem quickly!
